I hired Grace Casagrande to represent my son after he was arrested and facing multiple serious criminal charges, including felony firearm and drug charges. As a parent, it was one of the most stressful and frightening experiences our family has ever gone through. From our very first conversation, Grace was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and completely dedicated to protecting my son’s future.
What stood out most was that Grace did not simply wait for the case to move through the system. She immediately got to work. She filed a Demand for Discovery, pushed the State Attorney’s Office for answers, thoroughly reviewed the evidence, and aggressively advocated on my son’s behalf from day one. Throughout the entire process, she kept us informed, answered our questions, and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way.
As the case progressed, Grace identified significant issues with the evidence and continued pressing the State to take a closer look at the facts. Her attention to detail, legal knowledge, and persistence made all the difference.
The result exceeded our expectations. The State Attorney’s Office ultimately filed a No Information Notice on all charges and specifically stated that the evidence received would not be admissible at trial. All charges were dropped, no conviction occurred, and my son’s bond was released. Seeing those words in writing and knowing my son could move forward with his life was an incredible relief for our family.
